Explore Readiness is designed to help you consider questions and signals related to your organization's operational readiness.

It is an orientation tool, not an Operational Readiness Diagnostic.

Its questions, observations, and outputs are intended to help identify areas that may deserve further investigation. They should not be interpreted as a definitive assessment of your organization, its performance, risk, compliance, or readiness.

Content provided through Ops North, including Explore Readiness, Field Notes, website materials, and general communications, is provided for informational and educational purposes.

It does not constitute legal, financial, accounting, regulatory, cybersecurity, or other licensed professional advice.

Operational recommendations also depend heavily on organizational context. Information provided through the website should not substitute for investigation of your organization's actual operating environment.

You are responsible for evaluating information provided by Ops North and determining whether and how it applies to your organization.

Ops North cannot guarantee a particular operational, financial, regulatory, customer, or business outcome based on use of the website or its materials.

Scheduling or participating in an initial consultation with Ops North does not by itself create a consulting, advisory, fiduciary, employment, partnership, or other professional relationship.

A consultation is used to understand your situation, determine whether Ops North may be able to help, and identify an appropriate next step.

Any paid consulting engagement, Operational Readiness Diagnostic, implementation work, or other professional service will be governed by a separate agreement defining the applicable scope, responsibilities, fees, deliverables, and terms.

You are responsible for the information you choose to submit through Ops North.

You represent that you have the right to provide information you submit and that doing so does not violate another person's rights or obligations.

Please do not submit passwords, financial account information, government identification numbers, protected health information, trade secrets you are not authorized to disclose, or other highly sensitive information through general website forms.

Submission of information through the website does not create a confidential consulting relationship unless confidentiality is separately established in writing.

Unless otherwise stated, the Ops North website, branding, written content, Field Notes, frameworks, methodology, assessment and orientation structures, questions, graphics, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Ops North.

You may read, reference, and apply publicly available insights within your own organization.

You may not reproduce, sell, license, redistribute, scrape at scale, systematically extract, republish, or present Ops North materials or methodology as your own product, service, framework, or intellectual property without permission.

Ops North may rely on or link to third-party services.

Those services operate under their own terms and policies. Ops North is not responsible for the availability, content, security, or practices of third-party websites or services outside its control.

Ops North may modify, add, suspend, or discontinue website features, content, or services as the business evolves.

We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or operate without interruption or error.

To the extent permitted by law, the Ops North website and its publicly available content and tools are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Ops North makes no guarantee that website content will be complete, error-free, appropriate for every organization, or sufficient to identify every operational risk or opportunity.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ops North will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the publicly available website, tools, or content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

Terms governing liability for paid consulting services may be addressed separately in the applicable client agreement.

Ops North may update these Terms as its website and services evolve.

Updated Terms will be posted here with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the website after an update is subject to the then-current Terms.
