  • Information you choose to provide about what you would like to discuss

Explore Readiness is designed as an orientation tool, not an automated business diagnosis. Submissions may be reviewed by Ops North and are not used to make automated decisions about you or your organization.

Email Notifications

When a contact message or consultation request is submitted, Ops North may receive an email notification that a new submission has been received.

Submission details are maintained within the systems used to operate Ops North rather than being intentionally reproduced in notification emails.

Explore Readiness submissions do not currently generate email notifications.

Service Providers and Processing

Ops North uses third-party technology and service providers to operate its website, host and process information, provide communications, maintain security, and support other business functions.

  • Explore Readiness submissions are retained for up to 90 days

Information associated with a client engagement may be subject to separate retention practices or contractual terms.
